Refund policy

Being a fully custom service means returns really hurt our small business. Please be sure you are choosing the color combos you prefer, and choose the products you want carefully.

Before making any rash decisions, please be sure to contact us directly before requesting a return/refund and let's see if there is anything we can do to make it right.

Returns will be allowed within a 10 day window from the time you receive your order, for products showing no signs of use or wear. A 10% restocking fee will be collected for returned products.
